This is what happened to me too

After signing my paperwork on my car, it broke down twice within 30 days. These guys used the word "warranty" more than anyone I have ever heard until it came to fixing the broken car. Needless to say, I tried to talk to the owner, Nick Markosian, and explain that his people had told me differently. He threw me out of the building and didn't want to hear anything about it. Oh well, he lost this customer for life. Find out more, Google "been jerked around" and meet more people jerked around by West Valley Auto Plaza and Nick Markosian.

More of Nicks Crap!

I find it funny that they claim " We won't jerk you around" when all I hear is that that's the ONLY thing they do. I'll be looking for a car soon, and certainly won't be coming here after hearing family experiences and reading these reviews and the dorky "owner" that tries to make himself look like the good guy on the bad comments. Sorry, I'll take my business where they don't FALSE ADVERTISE.

Sorry Sherri, I wish my site would have found you first

We had a great experience, but now need to ammend our review. New: We were told the car was in great shape and visits to the Mazda shop confirmed this, however there were 3 different types of tires and one was "rotted." Very scary considering we had just completed a trip to California. So disappointing! Old: We have great credit, butWest Valley Auto had the car we wanted so we decided to try them. We had excellent, personalized service from Rod. We have had the car for a little over a week and are so pleased by how well it runs. The price was good (we did our homework beforehand plus used our phones to keep up with NADA pricing during negotiations when we found out it had more upgrades than we had anticipated) and they provided the car fax. The dealer doc fee was a little high, but if asked if we would we go there again -- Definitely - and we would ask for Rod's help again too.

Thanks for the info Chris

This is easily the worst dealership I have ever been to. I thought I was going in to purchase a vehicle but considering the staff, it felt more like a drug deal. The staff was extremely sketchy and unhelpful. I felt that I was constantly being "jerked around" by charades put on by the staff. Needless to say that their poor acting was not helpful in any way. I strongly recommend you don't go here, unless you want to deal with shady salesmen who don't care about you.

Don't go here, worst car experience ever.
Nick Markosian refused my Payment and then sued me when he took back the car.
